So we're finally all settled into our home in Las Vegas. We LOVE it out here! I'm in the process of talking with another CTO candidate for S2S.com; we'll see how things progress here in the near future. It's quite aggravating when you have certain people widely dispersed over the USA and you need to get things rolling for the project.
As the lead person on the business, it's hard to make certain decisions for the future of the company without some solid backing of my CSO. I think the most important part of business, and life in general, is communication. Whether you're out of town, or simply need to take a break from things, just letting me know where you're standing on certain issues or the business in general, really makes an impact on the progression of the company.
